Pedersoli e Associati was founded in the late 1950's by Alessandro Pedersoli and is recognised as a leading Italian law firm capable of offering a top tier combination of legal assistance and international experience.

Due to the skills of its members, along with its well established client base, the Firm traditionally enjoys a strong reputation for its M&A Practice (most considerably in the banking sector), as well as for its Litigation Practice and, as such, has been involved in some of the most significant deals in Italy.

Pedersoli e Associati has decided to take a unique approach to its practice, placing the greatest emphasis on the quality of its services, while remaining focused on the most appropriate solutions to clients' business problems. Following this approach, all the Firm's practices are fully integrated to provide clients with the same quality of service. In addition, an appropriate ratio of partners to associates provides efficient teamwork led by one or more partners.

While maintaining its independent nature, Pedersoli e Associati works closely and jointly with many of the most prestigious European and U.S. law firms.

Nowadays, the Firm comprises approximately fifty professionals based in the Milan office. A high number of them holds post-graduate degrees from top foreign universities, has qualified in foreign jurisdictions and/or has work experience abroad or with international law firms.

Pedersoli e Associati acts, on an ongoing basis, as counsel to primary domestic and international banks, financial institutions and private equity firms, as well as industrial groups active in a variety of sectors ranging from pharmaceutical and bio-tech, to food and beverages, insurance, real estate, utility and heavy industry.
